Casa Mar II / House with separate apartment by the sea, Los Collados, Zieschang (accommodates 4 to a maximum of 6 people)

The main house accommodates 4 guests and features an entryway, an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living-dining room with spectacular ocean views; access to the terrace and the sunroom. Two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. The separate apartment accommodates an additional 1–2 people and features a queen-size bed with an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a TV and air conditioning.

Outside, there is an outdoor shower with a great view.

Several terraces surround the house; the terrace in front of the house offers a wonderful view of the sea and the pool.

For relaxing moments on the terrace or in the garden, there are lounge chairs for sunbathing or taking a siesta. There is also a dining area and a grill.

All windows are equipped with roller shutters.

On hot summer days, the air conditioning keeps you cool.

Dish towels, bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

Los Collados is a small residential community near Águilas. The house is located by the sea in a quiet area with spectacular views; it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. However, if you’re looking for something to do, Águilas is just a few minutes’ drive away, where you’ll find many restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and stores.

There are also plenty of things to do in the surrounding area:

golf courses, a water park, shopping centers, castles, a diamond mine, swimming coves, boat tours, a fish market, and more.
