Small cozy finca in the middle of a nature reserve on a plot of about 5 hectares, in the Sierra del Almenara (Barranco de los Asensios – Águilas)

The small cozy finca is nestled in an impressive mountain landscape, already on the way to the property you get an impression of the versatility of the landscape. From cacti and agaves, native shrubs and steppe grass, but above all almond trees that enchant nature with their white to pink flowers at the beginning of the year. Arriving at the finca you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains, countless hiking trails lead past the finca.

The covered terrace leads to the house of approx. 92 m2, the finca is equipped with two spacious bedrooms one of which has an integrated bathroom with shower and toilet; a separate bathroom with shower and toilet; a partly open kitchen with a spacious living and dining room with a fireplace, which in the winter months also provides pleasant warmth and cosy evenings, as well as an entrance hall.  All windows are equipped with grilles.

In addition, there are two small buildings which are used as storage or technical room. Electricity is currently supplied by a small generator, but an installation of a photovoltaic system is possible at any time. The finca has a water tank of 12,000 liters, the water is delivered by truck. You could also rent a gas tank, which is responsible for supplying the stove, fridge, boiler and radiators.  The house is sold furnished except for a few trifles, personal items and decoration.

The garden is easy to maintain with different terraces, with native plants such as pine trees, almond trees, rosemary, cistroses and junipers, which are used to having a lot of sun and little water.

The property is located in a nature reserve where you can enjoy the peace and nature and it is still not far from the sea and beaches.

In the towns of Aguilas and Lorca, about 30 minutes away, you will find all the amenities of daily life such as shopping, bars, restaurants, medical center, schools, diving centers, cultural events, etc. There are also some golf courses in the area.
