    The power supply of the entire plant is done by a solar system with 24 panels and 24 batteries (+ inverter) which works easily with over 300 sunny days a year and should it not be enough, then there is a power generator (noise runner with strong current connection); the finca also has 1⁄2 water share with subscription rights of 4800 m3 of agricultural water / year, which is of course essential for the supply of animals and plants. The entire plants on the plant are equipped with irrigation pipes. A cistern with a capacity of approx. 30’000 litres is available for the domestic water supply for all residential buildings. They do not have to do without the Internet and TV because via satellite it is also possible in nature. In addition, the main and guest house have TV antennas to be able to receive the Spanish channels. In addition, there is an oil central heating that supplies all residential buildings and also provides hot water in the main building + apartment.
